- In full original packaging

- 6 photos of product, problem area, and room layout
- 2 timestamped 60-second videos (with narration if requested)
- Include order number, batch ID, and contact details
💰 Deductions & Rejections
- Used or damaged items may be rejected or incur deductions
- All service fees are non-refundable
- Missed appointments: £99 rebooking fee

All services (delivery, assembly, collection, redelivery, disassembly, disposal, installation) are non-refundable once performed.
🧩 Partial Replacements & Batch Variations
- Only the defective module/component will be repaired or replaced
- Batch colour differences ±10% are normal and non-refundable
- If discontinued, functionally equivalent parts will be supplied
Once repaired successfully, the item is no longer refundable unless a new structural defect appears.
