We invest heavily in quality, technology, testing, and design. Every product we launch has one goal: to make your life better.

We manufacture, import, inspect, stock, deliver, install — and even help you finance your comfort — with one dream in mind: that you’ll love your REKLINE product so much you’ll tell your friends, keep it for a decade, and come back to us when you want something new.

We don’t want disputes. We want lifelong relationships built on trust, honesty, and fairness. Every policy here is written to protect both you and us — because that’s how good business works. But we also have a duty to protect ourselves. False claims, dishonest chargebacks, and misuse of the law damage a small business. It costs us time, energy, resources, credibility — and prevents us from serving our genuine customers the way we want to.

All we ask is that you deal with us the way you’d want to be treated: fairly, openly, reasonably. Give us the chance to make things right. In return, we’ll go the extra mile for you — every single time.

This website is operated by REKLINE. Throughout the site, "we", "us", and "our" refer to REKLINE. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users — browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors.

You must read these Terms carefully. Accessing or using any part of the site means you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Delivery is fulfilled by AIT Home Delivery or our in-house van team, depending on the order. By placing an order, you agree that they will be responsible for delivering your goods.

Section 3 — General Terms

By proceeding with an order, you accept these Terms. You may cancel your order before delivery unless you have ordered a non-returnable, non-refundable made-to-measure product.

These Terms apply to all purchases made online, via telephone, messaging, social media, or in our showroom. They also cover orders placed via affiliate websites and trading names associated with us, as shown in our website footer.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Section 4 — Our Rights to Cancel

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. An order is not confirmed until delivery is received.

We may cancel orders due to stock, supplier, or delivery issues. We will notify you and refund any payments made.

We may refuse to sell or serve anyone at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abusive or inappropriate behaviour. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such decisions.

Section 5 — Product Descriptions, Images, and Swatches

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, images, and swatches of our products. However, variations are natural and sometimes unavoidable.

Product images on our website and social media are often edited for clarity and presentation purposes. Additionally, the device or screen you are using can display colours differently due to brightness, resolution, and settings. Therefore, what you see online may not be an exact match to what arrives in person.

The shade of leather or fabric on your product may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is a natural part of the manufacturing process. Even within the same product range, two items ordered at different times may show small shade variations.

When you request a swatch sample, please understand that the final product may still have a slight difference in tone. Swatches are designed to give you a close representation of texture and general colour, but they cannot guarantee a 100% identical match to the finished product.

We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for minor shade variations resulting from batch manufacturing processes. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

Section 6 — Online Store Terms

You must be of legal age to use this site and make purchases. You may not use our products for unlawful purposes. You must not transmit viruses or any harmful code. Breaching these terms will result in termination of service.

Section 7 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your content (excluding payment details) may be transmitted unencrypted over networks. Credit card information is always encrypted. You agree not to duplicate, resell, or exploit any part of our service without our written permission.

Section 8 — Prices & Modifications

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without liability.

Section 9 — Product Availability & Sales

Products may be limited in quantity and are subject to our Returns Policy. We reserve the right to limit sales per person, household, or order, and may cancel orders we deem suspicious or intended for resale. You must provide accurate billing and account information. Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may be cancelled.

Section 10 — Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for inaccuracies on our site. You must verify information before relying on it. We may update or change site content at any time.

We may provide links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk.

By submitting feedback or comments, you grant us the right to use them without restriction. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful and accurate.

Occasionally, there may be errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors and cancel affected orders.

You may not use our site or its content for unlawful activities, to violate rights, submit false information, spread malware, or engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination.

Section 16 — Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our services or products, including indirect or consequential damages.

Section 17 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless REKLINE, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your misuse of our website or services. This indemnity survives the termination of these Terms.

Section 18 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such a determination will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 19 — Payment Terms & Security

Secure Payments Only: We accept Debit/Credit Cards (excluding American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, and select Buy Now Pay Later providers (e.g., DivideBuy, SNAP Finance). We do not accept Cheques, Cryptocurrency, AMEX, or International bank wires without prior agreement. All payments are encrypted. Suspicious or mismatched transactions may be held pending verification. If paying via finance, you are also subject to your finance provider’s terms.

Section 20 — Promotions, Discounts & Pricing Terms

Voucher codes cannot be applied retroactively, combined, or used outside their valid window. Misuse may result in cancellation. Prices are live and time-limited. If you purchased before a promotion or price drop, you are not entitled to a refund or adjustment. Stock moves fast, and items may come from different batches, grades, or series. We reserve the right to amend pricing, end sales early, or correct mistakes without prior notice. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, have expiry dates (usually 12 months), and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Section 21 — Credit Note Terms & Conditions (REKLINE LTD)

For in-store purchases outside the standard 14-day return period, customers may be eligible for a credit note, provided the item is returned in unused and resaleable condition and a manager approves the return. Credit notes are non-transferable, non-refundable, redeemable in-store only, and not exchangeable for cash. Lost or damaged credit notes will not be replaced. The original document is required at redemption.

Section 22 — Legal Rights & Customer Responsibilities

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully intact. You may cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and not a custom, clearance, hygiene-sensitive, or smart-connected item. Returned items must be in resaleable condition. Misuse of returns, false claims, or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to blacklisting, warranty voidance, and legal action.

Section 23 — Abuse, Harassment & Defamation Policy

Aggressive, threatening, or abusive language to staff will result in contract termination and account blocking. Defamatory reviews or social media posts made before contacting us directly may be treated as reputational harm. Staff harassment nullifies your right to support, and we may pursue legal action for slander, libel, or reputational loss.

Section 24 — Trade, Commercial Use & Export Policy

REKLINE is strictly a retail-only brand designed for UK domestic household use. Any business, trade, or export use voids warranty, returns, aftercare, and support. Attempting to resell, distribute, or drop-ship REKLINE products without written permission is a breach of UK business law. Exporting goods abroad voids all warranty and aftercare. Customers assume full responsibility for compliance with foreign safety standards and customs regulations.

Section 25 — Brand, Intellectual Property & Passing Off Protection

REKLINE, its logos, slogans, product names, advertising headings, images, videos, product designs, and marketing materials are protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the UK Trademarks Act 1994. Any unauthorised use or passing off will result in DMCA takedowns, permanent bans, and potential legal action for damages.

Section 26 — Termination of Agreement

Both you and we retain the right to terminate this agreement. You may terminate by notifying us in writing that you no longer wish to use our website or services. Termination of service does not cancel any existing orders or obligations. We may terminate your account for misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms. Outstanding amounts or damages remain payable even after termination.

Section 27 — Entire Agreement & Waiver

These Terms of Service, along with any policies, guidelines, or notices posted on our website or provided via email, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any failure by us to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right. No waiver shall be deemed a continuing waiver.

Section 28 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts. You agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before pursuing legal action.

Section 29 — Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
