At REKLINE, we create products we believe in — furniture designed to improve your comfort, support your health, and make your space smarter. Every policy here is written to protect both you and us. SECTION 2 — OVERVIEW

This website is operated by REKLINE. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users — browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Delivery is fulfilled by AIT Home Delivery or our in-house van team. By placing an order, you agree that they will deliver your goods.

SECTION 3 — GENERAL TERMS

By proceeding with an order, you accept these Terms. These Terms apply to all purchases online, by phone, messaging, social media, showroom, and affiliate websites. We may update these Terms without prior notice. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

SECTION 4 — OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL

Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel due to stock, supplier, or delivery issues. We may also refuse service at our sole discretion in cases of abusive behaviour. We are not liable for losses arising from such decisions.

SECTION 5 — PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES & SWATCHES

We strive for accuracy but variations are natural. Colours may vary due to device screens or batch production. Swatches represent texture and tone but cannot guarantee exact matches. Shade variations are not considered defects.

SECTION 6 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be of legal age to use this site. You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or transmit harmful code.

SECTION 7 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may refuse service to anyone. Your content (excluding payment details) may be transmitted unencrypted. Payment details are always encrypted.

SECTION 8 — PRICES & MODIFICATIONS

Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

SECTION 9 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SALES

Products may be limited in quantity and subject to our Returns Policy. We may cancel suspicious or resale-intended orders.

We are not responsible for inaccuracies on the site. Information may be updated or changed at any time.

We may link to third-party sites or tools. Use is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REKLINE and its partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of our services.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain valid.

SECTION 19 — PAYMENT TERMS & SECURITY

We accept Debit/Credit Cards (excl. AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, and approved finance providers. Payments are encrypted. Suspicious transactions may be held pending verification.

SECTION 20 — PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & PRICING

Voucher codes cannot be applied retroactively or combined. Sale prices are time-limited. Gift cards usually expire in 12 months. We do not price match past promotions.

SECTION 21 — CREDIT NOTES (IN-STORE ONLY)

For in-store purchases, credit notes may be issued (beyond 14 days, subject to manager approval). Credit notes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and redeemable in-store only.

SECTION 22 — LEGAL RIGHTS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain intact. You may cancel an online order within 14 days (conditions apply). Misuse of returns or chargeback fraud will be treated seriously, including blacklisting and legal action.

SECTION 23 — ABUSE, HARASSMENT & DEFAMATION

Abusive or defamatory behaviour towards staff will result in contract termination and possible legal action. All matters relating to reviews are covered by our Reviews Policy.

SECTION 24 — TRADE, COMMERCIAL USE & EXPORT

REKLINE products are for UK domestic use only. Business, trade, or export use voids warranty, aftercare, and returns.

SECTION 25 — BRAND, IP & PASSING OFF

REKLINE brand assets (logos, slogans, designs, images, etc.) are protected under UK law. Unauthorised use will result in takedowns, bans, and legal claims.

SECTION 26 — TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

We may terminate your agreement if you breach these Terms. Termination does not cancel existing obligations. You remain liable for sums owed and damages incurred.

SECTION 27 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT & WAIVER

These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement. Any prior discussions or materials do not form part of this agreement.

SECTION 28 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts. We aim to resolve issues directly before legal escalation.

SECTION 29 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our site means acceptance of changes.
