At REKLINE, we proudly offer flexible finance options through two trusted providers: SNAP Finance and DivideBuy (Zopa Bank Ltd). This policy outlines everything you need to know when financing a purchase β including your obligations, legal protections, and what happens if anything goes wrong.

We act strictly as:
- An Introducer for SNAP Finance
- A Credit Broker for DivideBuy
We receive no commission or financial kickbacks. In some cases, REKLINE absorbs costs to keep finance interest-free or affordable.
π Contracts & Legal Relationship
- You enter a separate contract with the finance provider.
- You must pass ID, credit, and anti-fraud checks.
- You must accept and sign the providerβs full terms.
REKLINE is not liable for your eligibility or payment behaviour, but our standard product, delivery, and support policies still apply.
π Ownership & Title of Goods
IMPORTANT: All products purchased via finance remain the legal property of REKLINE until the full finance balance is cleared and confirmed.
If your finance is cancelled, revoked, defaulted, disputed fraudulently, or recalled by the provider:
- We may collect the goods from your address.
- You must cooperate with reasonable collection efforts.
- You will be liable for:
- β Collection Fees β Β£149
- β Admin & Processing Fees β 5% of order value
- β Accrued Business Losses
- β Daily Interest at 8% per annum
- β Legal Action and Enforcement if cooperation is refused
Obstructing recovery will be treated as a breach of contract and may trigger legal or enforcement costs.
β οΈ Finance Default, Dispute, or Breach
- Product warranty may be suspended.
- Future returns, replacements or repairs may be denied.
- Legal recovery procedures will be initiated for goods value and costs.
False claims or misuse of finance may result in blacklisting and permanent loss of support.
π¦ Delivery, Address & Verification
- Delivery address must match the finance application.
- No alternative addresses without provider re-verification.
- Delivery may require ID, proof of address, matching signature, or in-person confirmation.
π Cancellations, Refunds & Admin Delays
- All cancellations or amendments must be approved by the finance provider.
- Refunds cannot be processed without finance company confirmation.
- Partial refunds or exchanges may incur admin and restocking fees.
β οΈ Handling Cancelled Finance Post-Delivery
If finance is later cancelled or disputed after delivery, goods must be returned within 5 working days, or REKLINE will collect at your cost. You remain liable for damages or usage-related devaluation.
π Smart Products & Warranty Limitations
Many REKLINE products include electrical features. Standard warranty is 12 months and only covers faults at delivery, not wear or misuse.
π Recovery, Collection & Rescheduling Charges
- Failed Collection β Β£149
- Refusal to Cooperate β Β£149 + interest + legal action
- Missed Appointment β Β£100
- Rescheduling Confirmed Delivery/Collection β Β£100
- Second Delivery Attempt β Β£149
Additional 5% admin fee on order value and 8% daily interest may apply to unresolved balances. Breaches can trigger county court action or full legal recovery.
