At REKLINE, we proudly offer flexible finance options through our trusted provider: SNAP Finance. This policy outlines everything you need to know when financing a purchase β including your obligations, legal protections, and what happens if anything goes wrong.

- Not responsible for finance approval or credit decisions
We act strictly as an Introducer for SNAP Finance.
Snap Finance receives a commission (Merchant Discount Rate), this does not affect the terms of your loan.
π CONTRACTS & LEGAL RELATIONSHIP
By applying for finance, you:
- Enter a separate contract with the finance provider
- Must pass ID, credit, and anti-fraud checks
- Must accept and sign their full terms and agreements
REKLINE is not liable for your eligibility, finance status, or payment behaviour. However, our standard product, delivery, and support policies will still apply to your purchase.
π PAYMENT FAILURE & LOSS RECOVERY
If your finance is cancelled, revoked, recalled by the provider, or disputed fraudulently, and REKLINE does not receive payment for your order, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding balance directly from you. You agree that:
- We may request return of goods by mutual agreement or by court order.
- You must cooperate with any legally required recovery efforts.
- Obstructing agreed or court-ordered recovery will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in additional legal or enforcement costs.
- All costs are outside of the loan agreement, and SNAP Finance will not be involved in any recovery process between you and REKLINE.
π§Ύ FRAUDULENT DISPUTES & MISUSE OF FINANCE
You have the right to raise valid disputes with your finance provider. However, fraudulent disputes, false chargebacks, or misuse of finance systems (for example, claiming non-delivery when delivery has been proven) may result in:
- Civil or legal recovery of losses, costs, and damages
- Reporting to the finance provider and relevant fraud prevention agencies
- Blacklisting from future purchases with REKLINE
- Criminal investigation or prosecution under the Fraud Act 2006 (Section 2 β False Representation)
Important: Your statutory rights and product warranty remain unaffected by finance disputes, defaults, or missed payments where the goods are proven to be faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
π¦ DELIVERY, ADDRESS & VERIFICATION
- Your delivery address must match the finance application.
- No deliveries will be made to alternative addresses unless re-verified by the finance provider.
- Delivery may require:
- Government-issued ID
- Proof of address
- Matching signature to the finance contract
- In-person receipt and confirmation
- Selfie verification (in high-risk cases)
π CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & ADMIN DELAYS
- All cancellations or amendments must be approved by the finance provider.
- Refunds cannot be processed without finance company confirmation.
- Changes may take 7β14 working days.
- Partial refunds or exchanges will incur admin and restocking charges unless waived by REKLINE.
β οΈ HANDLING CANCELLED FINANCE POST-DELIVERY
If goods have been delivered but the finance is later cancelled, fails verification, or is refunded or disputed by the customer, then the goods must be returned in full within 5 working days, or REKLINE will arrange collection at your cost. You will remain liable for damages, losses, or usage-related devaluation.
π SMART PRODUCTS & WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
Many REKLINE products include electrical features (e.g. motors, USBs, lights, Bluetooth). These are not guaranteed under a standard 12-month warranty. Consumer law only protects against faults at the time of delivery β not wear, misuse, or environmental damage over time. Low-cost part replacements or repairs may be available at REKLINEβs discretion.
π Recovery, Collection & Rescheduling Charges (Finance Orders)
If your finance is cancelled, revoked, defaulted, or recalled after delivery is scheduled or completed, the following charges will apply:
