📦 Delivery Charges Summary

  • Standard Delivery: £0 (where applicable)
  • Delivery within 200 miles: £199
  • Same Day / Next Day Delivery (within 50 miles): £199
  • Same Day / Next Day Delivery (within 100 miles): £399
  • Scotland Delivery: £99 (flat rate)
  • Highlands/Dundee/Aberdeen or >50 miles from Glasgow: May take up to 28 days
  • Northern Ireland Delivery: £399
  • Republic of Ireland Delivery: £599
  • Europe Delivery: £599 (upon request)

REKLINE reserves the right to amend delivery charges based on logistics, fuel costs, and regional circumstances. Charges will be shown at checkout.

🗕 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3–14 working days
  • Pre-orders: May take longer due to customisation or delays
  • Express Delivery (within 50 miles): £199
  • Express Delivery (within 100 miles): £399

Delays do not entitle cancellation. You agree to wait reasonably for delivery.

🚪 Access Requirements

  • Measure all access points (doors, stairs, lifts)
  • Notify us of access challenges in advance
  • Clear and safe access is your responsibility

If access is not viable:

  • Failed doorstep access: £99
  • Failed internal delivery: £149
  • Rebooking: £149
  • Storage/admin fee: £99/week

🚚 Delivery Type — Room of Choice

Standard delivery is to the ground floor room of your choice. Upper floor delivery must be pre-agreed. Assembly service: £49 (refundable if not possible due to access).

📦 Packaging — Responsibility & Removal

Keep original packaging for 30 days. If removed, the item is considered used and non-returnable unless legally defective.

🔍 Assembly, Inspection & Signature

  • Inspect the item before signing
  • Take photos/videos of box and product
  • If you ask to remove packaging, you accept the item as final sale

📸 Delivery Evidence & Recording

We take delivery photos/videos to confirm delivery and placement. In high-risk cases, we may require prepaid or cash on delivery.

🛏️ Old Furniture Removal (If Paid Service)

Item must be clean and safe. We may refuse removal if hygiene or access is an issue. Penalty: £149 if removal is delayed or blocked.

🔄 Redelivery, Refusals, and Abandonment

  • Missed slot or not home: £100
  • Refusal without valid reason: £149
  • Rebooking within 48 hours: £100
  • After 2 failed attempts, order may be cancelled

If uncontactable for 30 days, we may cancel your order. Storage fees apply. Refusal to sign or provide ID = refusal of delivery.

📞 Customer Access & Delivery Conditions

Our delivery vehicle is the size of a dustbin lorry. You must inform us of access limitations. Seasonal periods may require accepting first available slot. Changes within 48 hours of delivery may incur fees.
