- Refund eligibility window: 14 days from order placement (online orders only)
- Damage reporting: Within 24 hours of delivery with mandatory photo & video evidence

Refunds are considered a last resort. They are only issued if strict conditions are met and all other remedies (repair or replacement) have been exhausted.

- Major structural or safety defect confirmed and irreparable
- Wrong item delivered or product arrives damaged (reported within 24 hours with evidence)
- If repair or replacement is not viable

- Cosmetic/minor issues (creases, stitching, tonal variations, minor marks)
- Items used, assembled, altered, or exposed to odours, pets, heat, moisture
- Smart part failures (USB, massage, LEDs, speakers) β replaceable components
- Showroom, custom, made-to-order, clearance, ex-display, or pre-order
- Change of mind

All services (delivery, assembly, collection, redelivery, disassembly, disposal, installation) are non-refundable once performed.
π§© Partial Replacements & Batch Variations
- Only the defective module/component will be repaired or replaced
- Batch colour differences Β±10% are normal and non-refundable
- If discontinued, functionally equivalent parts will be supplied
Once repaired successfully, the item is no longer refundable unless a new structural defect appears.

- Written request with clear explanation
- 6 photos of product, problem area, and room layout
- 2 timestamped 60-second videos (narrated if requested)
- Include order number, batch ID, and contact details

- Items with signs of use, damage, missing parts, odours, or dirt may be rejected or incur deductions
- Fraudulent claims or evidence tampering result in blacklisting and legal escalation
