This policy explains how REKLINE handles artwork ownership, copyright claims, and intellectual property submissions.

Any individual or entity who believes REKLINE is using their copyrighted artwork without permission may submit a claim.
Examples include:
- Fabric or textile designs
- Wall prints or photography
- Exclusive illustrations or sketches
📄 Required Information for a Claim
To process your claim, you must provide:
- Proof of Ownership — Copyright certificate, original files, drafts, or metadata
- Artwork Description — Unique elements, creation method, or location
- Evidence of Publication — First use, exhibition, or online display with dates
- Identity Verification — Valid ID and full contact details
- Legal Declaration — Signed statement confirming ownership and accuracy

🔎 Claim Review Process
- Acknowledgement within 7 business days
- Temporary removal/suspension of artwork pending investigation
- Full internal review targeted within 8 weeks
Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
💰 Compensation if Ownership is Verified
If we verify your claim, you will receive:
- 10% royalties on the net sale price of products featuring your artwork
- Compensation applies retroactively to first usage
Net sale price excludes VAT, shipping, and transaction fees.
⚖️ Legal Notices
- Filing a false claim may result in legal action
- All claims must comply with UK copyright law
- REKLINE operates under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

- We attempt to trace ownership using reverse image searches and copyright databases
- We may review online portfolios and galleries before using designs
- If ownership remains unclear, this policy ensures a fair resolution mechanism
