🛑 5. MEDIA USE & PERMISSION

We may capture video or photos during delivery, installation, showroom visits, or reviews. This may be used for marketing, fraud prevention, training, or brand protection. By allowing your image or review to be published, you grant REKLINE usage rights unless withdrawn in writing.

🧠 6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & CCTV

We may use AI tools to detect fraud, analyse review authenticity, or assist customer support. Showrooms and facilities are monitored by CCTV 24/7. Footage may be retained up to 12 months or shared with authorities.

🧠 7. BIOMETRIC SMART DEVICES

• Fingerprint data is encrypted and stored locally (not uploaded to cloud)
• Not visible to REKLINE
• You must not share access unsafely — misuse is your responsibility

We use cookies to:

• Track website usage and conversions
• Personalise your shopping experience

We use advanced software, IP tracking, and behavioural analysis to detect fraud, refund abuse, or fake reviews. Fraudulent use may result in:

• Warranty voidance
• Refund or service refusal
• Legal claims for business loss

📁 13. YOUR RIGHTS

• Access or correct your data
• Request deletion (unless legally required)
• Request portable format
• Withdraw marketing consent
• File complaint with the ICO
