REKLINE Pre-Orders Policy

At REKLINE, we offer the option to pre-order select products that are:

  • In production or transit
  • In extremely high demand and limited quantity
  • Custom-built or personalised

This policy outlines how pre-orders work, what you can expect, and your rights as a consumer.

📅 1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase of an item that is not currently in stock, but is:

  • In our confirmed inbound shipment queue
  • Being manufactured for a scheduled arrival date
  • Reserved specifically for you to secure priority delivery

Placing a pre-order ensures that your product will be allocated before general restock release.

⏳ 2. Delivery Estimates

We provide an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase (e.g., “Expected dispatch in 3–6 weeks”).

Please note:

  • These are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays can occur due to production schedules, port congestion, customs, or other supply chain disruptions.

We will provide regular updates by email and notify you:

  • When the item arrives in the UK warehouse
  • When your delivery is being scheduled

🔒 3. Payment Terms

Full payment is typically required to confirm your pre-order.

Alternatively, some products may allow:

  • A deposit (e.g., 30%) to reserve the item
  • Balance due before dispatch or at warehouse arrival

We will confirm which option applies to your item at checkout or by invoice.

Important: Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item is not delivered within 30 days of the latest stated estimate, or unless your statutory rights apply (see Section 6).

❌ 4. Cancellations & Changes

You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your pre-order.

After this period:

  • Cancellation is not permitted unless we fail to deliver within the agreed extended timeline.
  • You cannot switch to a different product or colour once production begins.

This ensures fairness and planning efficiency across all pre-order customers.

✅ 5. Guarantees & Priority

Every pre-order is:

  • Guaranteed a reserved unit before public restock
  • Allocated in strict order of confirmed payment
  • Stored in our UK warehouse before dispatch, with video quality check completed

⚖️ 6. Your Legal Rights

You are protected under UK Consumer Law and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You may request a full refund only if:

  • We fail to deliver your pre-order within 30 days of the stated maximum estimated delivery date
  • The product is not as described or is defective, per our Defects & Repairs Policy
