At REKLINE, we aim to build relationships, not just make sales. Your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. Honest service, fair solutions, and lifelong customer care guide us. To protect this relationship, it’s important we are both clear on how we work together — fairly, transparently, and with mutual respect.
📌 YOUR PURCHASE WITH REKLINE — WHAT YOU MUST KNOW
By purchasing from REKLINE, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. These are essential facts that protect both you (the customer) and REKLINE (the business).
❌ CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After this, cancellation is refused unless explicitly agreed.
- Refunds are NOT automatic. REKLINE will first attempt to repair or resolve any fault. Refunds only apply to unrepairable, structural defects.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable unless REKLINE fails to deliver within 30 days of the latest estimated date.
- Removing packaging equals acceptance. Once unboxed or assembled, returns are only possible for a proven legal defect.
- Clearance, ex-display, custom-made, and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE. No returns, no refunds.
- Refunds are void if the item has been used, assembled, or exposed to odours, pets, moisture, or heat.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after goods are returned and inspected.
🔗 WARRANTY, DEFECTS & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warranty covers structural and safety defects only. Cosmetic issues (e.g., creasing, colour variation) are not covered.
- Smart parts (USBs, lights, massage modules) are consumables and excluded from refunds or full warranty rights.
- All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence. Late reporting voids claims.
- REKLINE has the legal right to attempt a repair first. If successful, no refund/return is accepted for that issue.
- Misuse, mishandling, or ignoring care instructions voids warranty and aftercare.
- Customer is responsible for safe use of electrical, smart, and motorised parts.
- Children and pets must be supervised around moving/electric parts — accidents caused by lack of supervision are the customer’s liability.
- Always unplug devices when moving or during storms. Avoid daisy-chaining plugs or using damaged sockets.
🔒 FINANCE, CHARGEBACKS & LEGAL
- Title of Goods remains with REKLINE until full payment or finance settlement.
- Chargebacks are only valid for genuine fraud (e.g., stolen card). Filing without contacting REKLINE first is a breach of contract.
- False or abusive chargebacks may lead to legal recovery actions (£5,000–£50,000).
- Finance disputes must be handled with the provider (SNAP/DivideBuy) — REKLINE is not the lender.

📄 ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS, COSTS & NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Products with removed packaging cannot be returned unless a structural defect exists.
- Misuse of care products, cleaning agents, or improper assembly voids warranty.
- Goods exported outside the UK or used for trade purposes are excluded from all warranties and support.
- Delivery may be recorded (photo/video) for fraud prevention and proof of service.
- Clearance, sample, and showroom stock are sold as-seen with no warranty or return rights.
- Failure to supervise children or pets, or ignoring safety guidance, is the customer’s liability.
- Damage from electrical misuse, improper installation, or unsafe power sources is not covered.
