Returns must be:

  • 100% resaleable and unassembled
  • In full original packaging
  • Free from odours, dirt, or exposure to pets and heat
  • Including all bolts, components, accessories, and manuals

🎥 Return Process – Evidence Required

  • Submit a written request with clear explanation
  • 6 photos of product, problem area, and room layout
  • 2 timestamped 60-second videos (with narration if requested)
  • Include order number, batch ID, and contact details

💰 Deductions & Rejections

  • Used or damaged items may be rejected or incur deductions
  • All service fees are non-refundable
  • Missed appointments: £99 rebooking fee
